Heat mapping by Identifeye is a feature that allows you to use zone analytics to measure and improve the dwell time and customer engagement of your visitors in different zones of your store. Zone analytics is the analysis of how long customers spend in each zone, what they look at, what they like, and what they ignore.
Identifeye uses advanced sensors to collect data on customer behavior and display it on your store layout heatmap. A heatmap is a graphical representation of data where values are depicted by color. It shows you the hot and cold areas of your store, where hot areas indicate high customer activity and cold areas indicate low customer activity.
By using heat mapping, you can gain insights into customer behavior and make data-driven decisions regarding your store layout, product placement, price optimization, and marketing strategies. You can also compare the performance of different zones and apply the best practices from the successful ones to the others.
